deposit, payment, and cancellation policy
Deposit → A $50+ gst non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date, time & location
Final Payment → The remaining balance is due 7 days or earlier, prior to your session.
More than 7 days before your session → You may reschedule your session once, and your $50 deposit will transfer to the new date (subject to availability). If you choose to cancel instead of rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited.
3–7 days before your session → You may reschedule your session, but your $50 deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to secure a new date.
72 hours before your session → Deposit is forfeited. 25% of your final payment is forfeited.
48 hours before your session → Deposit is forfeited. 50% of your final payment is forfeited.
24 hours before your session → Deposit is forfeited. 75% of your final payment is forfeited.
No-show / same-day cancellation → Deposit is forfeited. 100% of your final payment is forfeited (exceptions may apply in genuine emergencies, at the photographer’s discretion)
